The scheme will consist of 63 Extra Care 1 and 2 bedroom high quality apartments; of which 15 are specifically designed and adapted for older people with memory loss or living with dementia.
The apartments will be available for rent for individuals aged 60 years and over with an assessed care need. Priority will be given to residents in the Anglesey area. Applicants from outside Anglesey area may still apply as a non-priority list will also be held.
